1. General Terms and Definitions

4.2 Bonus Terms

8.2 Member Rights

A member may request closure of their account at any time. Remaining real money will be returned subject to applicable conditions being met before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

ed4444 and its operators will not bear any liability in the following cases:
